Oh, where to begin? The couch in my room had stains, made me question my very existence, and the dirty bathroom left a lot to be desired-clearly not cleaned properly! I woudl ve been fine with all this if they had upgraded my room or at least apologized, but no. Almost thought about a good review but I just couldn't.

I particularly appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff, who were not only friendly but also accommodating to all my needs . The room was very clean.

The staff were really nice, helping with our luggage and providing a warm welcome. The bed was like sleeping on a Texas cloud! Super comfy.
The room had a stale odor that could be unpleasant. Breakfast was quite basic with very limited options.

The beds offered some comfort, awesome for a decent night's sleep, especially after a long day of traveling. The location really shines. It's just off the highway and very convenient for quick stops. I encountered a few issues. The housekeeping didn't change the sheets on one of the beds, which I found unacceptable. We had to change the dirty sheets ourselves. The front desk service was lacking when I reported problems.

The hot tub was perfect, and the cozy lobby was a nice touch for grabbing a quick coffee. Just wish the housekeeping could've been a bit more thorough with the sheets, but overall, it was a great stay 😊

Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants, and the center. A great selection of restaurants to eat close by, like Senor Barrigas that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Rooms with king size bed had a family atmosphere. The facilities such as central heating, a private safe and pay TV were available...
